Someone in the same stack or with complementary skills will reach out. Pick a slot.

Build together
Voice or screen share, 60–90 minutes. Driver / navigator, ping-pong, or whatever works for you both.
Bring any real problem you’re working on.
Learn a new stack
Pair with someone already using the tech you want to learn. Watch them work. Ask the questions you can’t Google.
Code review & debug
Walk through a PR you’re nervous about. Rubber-duck a bug together. Leave with a plan.
